My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a Stafford real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Stafford areas, please contact me.

A lifelong resident of Stafford County, Rusty Knight earned his Real Estate license while still in high school and has been in the real estate business for over 34 years.
My philosophy in life extends into every aspect of my real estate business. I believe that maintaining great relationships, following through, and setting high standards for myself is the key to success in my business and in life. As a native of Stafford County, I have the experience and knowledge in all facets of the area real estate market, selling a wide range of properties. In addition to working full time as a real estate broker, I also hold my Class A Contractor’s License and have built a great number of homes in the area as well as land development. I have also designed and built commercial and industrial properties. This experience gives me a greater understanding of the real estate process from start to finish. My commitment to service, sales and satisfaction are paramount.
When not doing real estate I enjoy spending time with my family, golf, boating and watching my children in their school activities, sports and in all their achievements.

Chad has been a real estate agent for over 24 years.
I have been a licensed Realtor for 24 years, and came to work full time with Dad and Jo at Aquia Realty, Inc., July 2000. I have received several outstanding sales awards, Top Producer, Top Honors Society, and enjoy seeing the emotion of my buyers and sellers when the keys are passed from one to another…I have a special feeling helping our veterans find homes for their families in our community. I enjoy the professional service I provide to all of my clients, and consider it an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to serve each client. There is nothing more important to me than a having a satisfied client, as they continue to refer me to their friends and family.
In my leisure time, I enjoy playing golf with my two sons, Steven and Jarrad, and my wife Terry. I like to swim, fish, go to car shows, collect old tools, and go the Outer Banks each year with all my family including my 5 grandsons and granddaughter.
